This week, we have been preparing our Random Acts of Kindness Advent Calendars. We have discussed and learnt about Kindness to others and how it can improve our lives and the lives of those around us. Did you know that if you perform one Random Act of Kindness a day it can help reduce stress, and anxiety? (It’s scientifically proven!) It releases the same ‘happy’ hormones (Serotonin, Endorphins and Oxytocin) both for you and the person you’ve been kind to!
